[COMIC] Foursquare points

Foursquare is great, there is no question about it. It allows business owners to offer loyalty benefits and generally promote your business. For users on the other hand it offers countless benefits ranging from stalking your friends to finding the best pizza place in town. Foursquare also employs many of the gamification “tricks” to hook you on their service by using points, leader boards and badges.

The guys at our office have a small competition to see who has most points. Sometimes they just go around the city checking in for no other reason than to get points. Daniel from LumoLink came up with the idea for comic displayed on above after his frustration with how little points you get for a first check-in.
